Mar Baselios Orthodox Syrian Church is situated at Perumthuruthy near Pazhanji in Kattakampal Panchayath, Thrissur District, Kerala. The parish belongs to the Kunnamkulam Diocese of the Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church.
Named after Kothamangalam Eldho Mar Baselios Bava, our church has been a place of prayer, fellowship and service to the community for over seven decades.

Stone for the construction of the Altar (Holy Thronose) laid by H.H. Gheevarghese II, Catholicose, in the name of Kothamangalam Eldho Mar Baselios Bava.

The Holy Consecration (Pallikoodasa) of the church was performed by H.G. Paulose Mar Severios.
19 September 2009
As part of the Golden Jubilee (50th Anniversary) celebrations, the church underwent renovation in 2009. The Holy Consecration (Koodasa) of the renovated church was officiated by His Holiness Moran Mar Baselios Marthoma Paulose II.
